As specialists in print consumables, we aim to provide you with the widest possible range of original branded and quality compatible goods, and to offer the best value and finest service possible. All supplies are covered by our refund/replace guarantee in the unlikely event that they should fail to perform satisfactorily. We also carry comprehensive product liability insurance. Our best recommendation though is that 80% of our orders are either repeats or personal recommendations.
 

Ordering

 
We have tried to make ordering from this site as simple as possible, but we have an extensive, complex and rapidly changing product base. All prices are quoted both with and without UK VAT. Carriage is INCLUDED in the quoted prices for delivery in the UK and the Isle of Man. Carriage to the Republic of Ireland is added at checkout – an additional £10. 
 
We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DELTA, etc. via this site. We do not accept American Express due to their high rates of commission which are incompatible with our low margin model. Other methods of payment by arrangement.
 
If you are ordering from outside the UK or Isle of Man but within the EU, VAT is payable unless you are VAT registered in your country in which case contact us for advice.
 
If you are ordering from the Channel Islands VAT is not payable, normal carriage on small items but special rates on larger items/bulk orders. Please contact us for details.
 
If you are ordering from the Rest of the World (i.e. outside EU) VAT is not payable, but special carriage rates will apply - contact us for details in every case before ordering because there are often instances of incompatibility of European consumables with machines sold elsewhere.

Order Cancellation

 
We can cancel an order only before it has been despatched. Please login to your account to see the status of your order.
 

Backorder policy

 
If we are unable to provide your product within the delivery period specified, we will notify you by e-mail stating a date when the product will be arriving at our warehouse and when despatch will take place. If this is unacceptable to you we will process an immediate refund to your account.
 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 
FAULTY OR TRANSIT DAMAGED ITEMS.
 
If an item arrives and is transit damaged then please note the nature of the damage on the courier/Royal Mail paperwork and consult us for a returns reference. Please report the damage as soon as possible and always within 48 hours.
 
If an item appears to be defective on installation, please contact us by email for support.
 
Please note the following when making returns:
 
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• Please state full details of the defect/damage.
• Enclose a copy of your original invoice, if you are unable to do this, be sure to send your full name address and telephone number to enable identification.
• We are not able to despatch a new order until the original product is received. Should you need the goods urgently, then a separate order can be placed, and a refund given on the returned item when it arrives.
• Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped, to prevent damage during return transit. Returns reference to be clearly visible on outer packaging.
• No goods are to be returned without a returns reference under any circumstances.
 
GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR (Private individuals only – under Distance Selling Regulations)
 
If your order was placed in error and you wish to return it within 7 days of receipt then provided the items are returned unopened in good condition you may return them for a full refund by a trackable delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please obtain a returns reference as described above. Cost of return carriage of goods under these circumstances as at the expense of the customer.
 
For returns after 7 days from private customers and for all corporate customers different arrangements will apply. At our discretion, we will normally accept returns for up to 3 months after delivery subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please email us for further details.
