All supplies are covered by our refund/replace guarantee in the unlikely event that they should fail to perform satisfactorily. We also carry comprehensive product liability insurance. Our best recommendation though is that 80% of our orders are either repeats or personal recommendations. 

Ordering

We have tried to make ordering from this site as simple as possible, but we have an extensive, complex and rapidly changing product base. All line prices are the final total including UK carriage and VAT. Because of the diverse nature of our market and the differing ordering profiles of large commercial users and home users, each item states basic price, carriage charge (on larger items) and UK VAT. However, the price on the first line you see is always the price you pay with nothing to add.

We accept major credit and debit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, SWITCH/MAESTRO, DELTA, SOLO etc. via this site. Other methods of payment by arrangement.

If you are ordering from outside the UK or Isle of Man but within the EU, VAT is payable unless you are VAT registered in your country in which case quote your VAT number and the tax will not be charged.

If you are ordering from the Channel Islands VAT is not payable, normal carriage on small items but special rates on larger items/bulk orders.

If you are ordering from the Rest of the World (i.e. outside EU) VAT is not payable, but special carriage rates will apply - contact us for details.

Order Cancellation

We can cancel an order only before it has been despatched.  Please login to your account to see the status of your order.

Backorder policy

If we are unable to provide your product within the delivery period specified, we will notify you by e-mail stating a date when the product will be arriving at our warehouse and when despatch will take place.

Returns Policy

If an item arrives and is damaged or defective then please consult us for a returns reference.

Please note the following:

1. All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Please state full details of the defect/damage
3. Enclose a copy of your original invoice, if you are unable to do this, be sure to send your full name address and telephone number.
4. We are not able to dispatch a new order until the original product is received. Should you need the goods urgently, then a separate order can be placed, and a refund given on the returned item.
5. Please ensure that the product is adequately wrapped, to prevent damage during transit.
6. No goods are to be returned without a returns reference.
